If you have any trouble downloading the tabs here are a few troubleshooting ideas:
- Ensure you're browser allows pop up windows. Some of the modern browsers allow pop-up windows only if the page is from the same server so if you've turned off permissions for pop-ups you might try changing that preference or turning it on temporarily.
- Your browser may open a blank window and it seems like nothing is happening. It's possible that your browser is configured to download pdfs instead of trying to display them directly. The pdfs may be hiding on your computer somewhere.
- Your version of the Adobe (Acrobat) Reader might be out of date. We are using version 6 compatibility for our tabs. If you have an earlier version consider updating here: adobe.com . It's fast! It's fun! It's free!
- Some of our products including the tabs at the root directory of the DVD and can be printed directly from the DVD. We are endeavouring to update all our tabbed lessons with the pdf on the DVDs.
- If all else fails, please email us directly and we'll ensure the tabs get to you by email.
